The Treasured Ink Experience
Treasured Ink provides Services that allow customers to use their own digital pictures to customize and purchase books and other products. You will need to create an account with Treasured Ink to try the services offered.
Personal Data
If you wish to use our services, you are required to submit a full name, a valid email address and a password. Additionally, all customization information for that project will be maintained on our servers, including uploaded pictures. This allows you to update existing projects, design a new project, and quickly order completed projects.
To make a purchase, you are required to submit necessary information to complete the transaction, including name, credit card information, billing information and shipping information. Treasured Ink retains this information in case you choose to order additional products. Treasured Ink utilizes an outside shipping company and credit card processing company to deliver your order and bill you for your order. These outside companies are not permitted to retain any of your personal data outside of that which is required to process your order.
Subscribers to our newsletters must submit a valid email address. Comments, questions or feedback submitted using the website's forms will be saved along with the name and email address of the submitter.
Passive and Aggregate Information
Treasured Ink records site visits, paths taken and time spent on pages. We may track IP Addresses to analyze web flow. This data may be stored in a cookie on your computer's hard drive. This information does not personally identify you, rather we use this data in aggregate to determine usage trends.
Managing Your Data
You can easily change any of the data provided to Treasured Ink. You can also permanently delete parts or all of your data from our servers and databases. Please note, by permanently deleting your personal data and/or account, you will lose all of your customized projects. You can complete these data management tasks online or alternately by sending an e-mail to support@treasured-ink.com.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
Treasured Ink may use personal data to send you updates regarding your projects or your purchases (including if we have difficulty completing or processing your order), to gauge your satisfaction with our services, to update you on changes to this Privacy Policy and/or our Terms of Service, and to announce offers and services from Treasured Ink or its strategic partners, affiliates or subsidiaries that may interest you.
Any data voluntarily submitted by you in response to surveys will be used to improve overall satisfaction with the service provided by Treasured Ink. We may share this personal data internally to better tailor our products and services to the needs of our customers.

Treasured Ink allows customers to create and purchase products that contain digital pictures, names, descriptions and depictions of kids from newborn to the age of 18 (eighteen). Treasured Ink is particularly sensitive about this data, especially as it relates to kids. Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of this data, along with all of your personal data, is of utmost importance.
We require you to enter a password to access your information. All information is stored on servers located in a controlled environment and is protected by industry standard security measures. Except as outlined elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, we limit access to this data to employees, contractors and vendors who have a legitimate business need for access.
However, it is important to note that these measures cannot completely eliminate security risks associated with your personal data.
Copyright
All copyrighted photographs must have the express written permission from their owners to be reproduced by Treasured Ink. Your submission of digital photographs expressly implies that all copyright permissions have been obtained and permission is granted for Treasured Ink to have full permission for printing and reprinting. Accordingly, you shall indemnify, defend and hold Treasured Ink harmless from any suit, demand, claim or liability arising from any and all copyright infringements.
